En esta tesis se estudia este fenomeno en espa\u00f1ol tal como se manifiesta en los cuantificadores todos, cada uno, ambos y el grupo articulo mas numeral.  seguimos para ello el marco teorico de la gramatica generativa, en particular del modelo de principios y parametros. Proponemos que la cuantificacion flotante es una manifestacion sintactica de las propiedades semanticas y funcionales de tales elementos, de tal manera que pueden explicitar en la estructura-s sus
