En el caso de la piridina se estudian tres isotop\u00f3meros suyos, la piridina normal,la perdeuterada y la piridina con nitr\u00f3geno 15. Para ello se registra sus espectros ir y raman y tambi\u00e9n se registra el espectro ins de la especie normal. Posteriormente, se lleva a cabo un estudio del campo de fuerzas en coordenadas de simetr\u00eda, partiendo de cuatro campos de fuerza iniciales distintos, y se obtiene otro campo de fuerzas a partir del espectro ins registrado para la piridina normal.  finalizado el estudio vibracional de la piridina se registran y analizan los espectros ir y raman de sus tres derivados monocarbox\u00edlicos y sus sales s\u00f3dicas correspondientes, y se realiza una propuesta de asignaci\u00f3n para estos derivados. Para realizar esta asignaci\u00f3n se utiliza el m\u00e9todo del escalamiento en frecuencias, en el cual se introducen una serie de modificaciones que hacen que la predicci\u00f3n a partir de los
