Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en aportar una serie de datos experimentales que lleven a caracterizar la piruvatoquinasa y la fosfofructoquinasa de musculo blanco de lubina, enzimas claves de la glicolisis. Los resultados de estos experimentos conduciran a un mayor conocimiento de la bioquimica de esta especie que podria ser utilizado para una mejora de su cultivo controlado.  para esto en primer lugar se han determinado las concentraciones intracelulares de los compuestos que puedan influir en la regulacion de la fosfofructoquinasa y la piruvatoquinasa y posteriormente se han aislado, purificado y caracterizado estas enzimas.  del conjunto de los resultados obtenidos podemos concluir que el musculo blanco de lubina posee una gran actividad glicolitica, con un elevado potencial anaerobico, ambas enzimas son alostericas y muestran una ligera termorregulacion presentando la fosfofructoquinasa en este tejido dos formas enimaticas diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Metabolismo glicidico en musculo de lubina (dicentrarchus labrax l.). regulacion a nivel de las enzimas piruvatoquinasa y fosfofructoquinasa.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Metabolismo glicidico en musculo de lubina (dicentrarchus labrax l.). regulacion a nivel de las enzimas piruvatoquinasa y fosfofructoquinasa. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Serradilla Casta\u00f1o M.
