Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos planteados fueron: la identificacion genetica precisa de las cepas espa\u00f1olas de echinococcus granulosus, su caracterizacion proteica, isoenzimatica y antigenica, y el se\u00f1alar las posibles implicaciones de la variabilidad intraespecifica detectada. Las tres cepas espa\u00f1olas de e. Granulosus detectadas hasta el momento -ovina-bovina-humana, equina y suino-caprina-, tienen caracteristicas distintas en cuanto a su constitucion genetica, bioquimica (proteinas de excrecion\/secrecion e isoenzimas) y antigenicas, lo cual nos lleva a su identificacion inequivoca. La evaluacion de la tecnica random amplified polymorphic dna, en su aplicacion a la identificacion de dichas cepas, nos lleva a considerarla como metodo de eleccion frente al southern blot e hibridacion o la rflp. Detectamos, por primera vez, dos fracciones, con caracter antigenico, cepa-especificas: la de 110 kda para la cepa equina, y la de 27 kda para la suina.  a traves del conjunto de los resultados obtenidos, y una vez comprobada su significacion estadistica, hemos encontrado evidencias indirectas de que las cepas equina y suina-caprina pueden no ser infestantes para el hombre, permitiendonos suponer, ademas, la existencia de tres ciclos epidemiologicos, correspondientes a las tres cepas enumeradas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Diferenciacion genetica, bioquimica e inmunologica de cepas espa\u00f1olas de echinococcus granulosus.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Diferenciacion genetica, bioquimica e inmunologica de cepas espa\u00f1olas de echinococcus granulosus. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Siles Lucas M.
