Iniciamos el trabajo con una aproximacion de caracter teorico que delimita el campo de estudio sobre la estructura organizativa a traves de los conceptos de organizacion y administracion. Se analizan los procesos de informacion interna como elemento analitico-decisional en los procesos de dise\u00f1o organizativo y como se ejercen las funciones de coordinacion en los procesos internos, especialmente el de toma de decisiones.  a continuacion, pasamos revista a las distintas configuraciones estructurales o patrones de dise\u00f1o, teniendo en cuenta los procesos de informacion y de eficiencia interna que son generados en la utilizacion de los recursos economico-financieros, asignandolos eficazmente a usos productivos.  se estudian, tambien, los procesos de asignacion, la planificacion y la gestion de los recursos financieros, asi como los flujos objeto de analisis e informacion economico-financiera que se dan en la empresa. El cambio organizativo, como elemento estrategico de asignacion eficiente de los recursos economico-financieros, donde se estudian las relaciones existentes entre estrategia, estructura y desarrollo organizacional, cierran el proceso del presente trabajo.  finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones alcanzadas y la bibliografia utilizada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
