Estos canales parecen corresponder al tipo sic por la diseccion farmacologica realizada. Por otro lado hemos podido establecer un patron tanto para la secrecion como para las variaciones de ca+2 intracelular, que consta de un pico formado a expensas de ca+2 extracelular y el movilizado de los depositos intracelulares y una meseta debida al primero.
