Rosa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con este trabajo se ha puesto a punto un nuevo metodo de disgregacion celular en cerebelo de pollo desde el estadio e12 al e18 y rata desde p0 a p11, el cual extrae integras las celulas de purkinje en diferenciacion. Este metodo ha sido utilizado para estudiar la morfogenesis de las celulas de purkinje. Los resultados muestran que la celula de purkinje pasa por seis etapas diferentes de transformacion progresiva desde que deja el ciclo celular con formas bipolares (tipo i) hasta celulas de purkinje adultas (tipo vi), tanto en pollo como en rata.
