Uno relaciona las variables medidas en laboratorio con las condiciones f\u00edsicas del entorno radicular, y el otro relaciona estas condiciones f\u00edsicas con la respuesta del cultivo. Se ha abordado el primer modelo. Se han analizado cuatro metodolog\u00edas de laboratorio. Todas las metodolog\u00edas informan adecuadamente sobre la precisi\u00f3n, pero ninguna sobre la exactitud.  la simulaci\u00f3n del comportamiento h\u00eddrico del sustrato se plantea como un modelo logar\u00edtmico normal y se ha comparado con el modelo de van genuchten y con dos modelos polin\u00f3micos.
