Con ambos reactivos se obtienen relaciones de volumenes fase acuosa\/fase organica muy favorables (de 15 a 30), lo que permite mejorar apreciablemente la selectividad de las determinaciones. Los procedimientos desarrollados se han aplicado a una amplia diversidad de muestras biologicas (tejidos vegetales y animales, suero sanguineo, orina humana) con resultados satisfactorios. Las muestras de tejido han sido mineralizadas por tratamiento acido en bombas parr utilizando hornos de microondas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
