{"id":14341,"date":"2001-10-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-10-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/ingenieria-tisular-celulas-mesoteliales-versus-celulas-endoteliales-en-la-creacion-de-bioprotesis-vasculares\/"},"modified":"2001-10-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-10-12T00:00:00","slug":"ingenieria-tisular-celulas-mesoteliales-versus-celulas-endoteliales-en-la-creacion-de-bioprotesis-vasculares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/ingenieria-tisular-celulas-mesoteliales-versus-celulas-endoteliales-en-la-creacion-de-bioprotesis-vasculares\/","title":{"rendered":"Ingenieria tisular: c\u00e9lulas mesoteliales versus celulas endoteliales en la creaci\u00f3n de bioprotesis vasculares"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Natalio Garc\u00eda Honduvilla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introducci\u00f3n  se utilizan c\u00e9lulas mesoteliales (cm) como alternativa a las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales (ce) ya que, al tener un origen embriol\u00f3gico com\u00fan y unas funciones similares in vivo, ambas estirpes celulares podr\u00edan tener un comportamiento similar al entrar en contacto con el componente sangu\u00edneo. nuestro objetivo ha consistido en comparar el comportamiento de ambas estirpes celulares en la creaci\u00f3n de biopr\u00f3tesis vasculares mediante ingenier\u00eda tisular, utilizando como armanz\u00f3n pr\u00f3tesis de ptfe.  material y m\u00e9todos  las ce fueron obtenidas de vena umbilical humana mientras que las cm lo fueron a partir de fragmentos de epipl\u00f3n humano. Se extrajeron las c\u00e9lulas mediante tratamiento enzim\u00e1tico del tejido. Se sometieron las distintas estirpes celulares a condiciones de cultivo previa identificaci\u00f3n de las mismas mediante t\u00e9cnicas inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas. Se sembraron pr\u00f3tesis de ptfe y se compar\u00f3 su comportamiento. Para promover la estabilidad de la monocapa celular se trato la superficie luminal, bien con mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n (fibronectina) bien con la interposici\u00f3n de una matriz fibrobl\u00e1stica. una vez establecidas las bases del comportamiento celular sobre el biomaterial, realizamos estudios encaminados a describir la viabilidad de las pr\u00f3tesis sembradas tras su interposici\u00f3n en condiciones de flujo, midiendo tanto la resistencia celular a las condiciones de flujo como el porcentaje de agregaci\u00f3n plaquetaria en cada grupo.  resultados  las cm en cultivo presentan caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas e inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas que las hacen claramente diferenciables de las ce, aunque su comportamiento en cultivo es similar. Ambas estirpes celulares tienen un comportamiento similar sobre la superficie del biomaterial, formando una monocapa a las 24 horas, monocapa que permanece estable hasta el 4\u00c2\u00ba d\u00eda en el que se produce el desanclaje de las c\u00e9lulas.
