En el lavado broncoalveolar se determinan fosfolipidos y proteinas.  *** resultados: determinamos el inicio de las lesiones a las 6 horas de hiperoxia, afectandose progresivamente la barrera alveolocapilar, hasta producirse necrosis del endotelio y el intersticio en estadios avanzados. En el surfactante detectamos variaciones de relacion fotolipidos\/proteinas por aumento importante de estas.  *** conclusiones: los estados hiperoxicos comportan alteraciones pulmonares precoces, fundamentalmente en neumocitos i y ii, y celulas endoteliales.
