Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existen pocas evidencias en la literatura sobre la mediacion del complejo amigdalino en la secrecion de tirotropina. Sin embargo numerosos trabajos se\u00f1alan el aspecto modular de la amigdala cerebral sobre el hipotalamo.  la existencia de vias nerviosas de conexion (stria terminalis y via amigdalofugalventral) entre amigdala e hipotalamo sugieren, de una forma razonable, que el eje hipotalamo-hipolisis-tiroides se encuentra relacionado funcionalmente con la amigdala cerebral y con otras estructuras del sistema limbico.  en nuestro estudio del tiroides y adenohipofisis con tecnicas histoquimicas, inmunohistoquimicas, ultraestructural, citometrica y estadistica, asi como determinaciones plasmaticas de tsh, t3 y t4 tras la destruccion estereotaxica del nucleo amigdalino basolateral hemos concluido que el nucleo amigdalino basolateral ejerceria un efecto estimulador del eje hipofisico-tiroideo, de modo que su destruccion originaria un descenso de la actividad del citado eje endocrino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Efecto de la lesion estereotaxica del nucleo amigdalino basolateral sobre la histofisiolog\u00eda de la glandula tiroides.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Efecto de la lesion estereotaxica del nucleo amigdalino basolateral sobre la histofisiolog\u00eda de la glandula tiroides. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Baelo Bodelon M.
