Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se pone a punto una metodolog\u00eda analitica por cromatografia liquida de alta resolucion para la determinacion del ala-d como indicador biologico del saturnismo. De la revision bibliografica que del enzima se ha realizado, se constata que la determinacion del mismo por metodos espectrofotometricos presenta serias dificultades en su metodolog\u00eda e interpretacion de los resultados.
