En adrenalectomia parcial, a nivel morfologico, existe un aumento de granulacion de las celulas yuxtaglomerulares y del indice yuxtaglomerular; y a nivel de los nucleos magnocelulares hipotalamicos hay un aumento de reactividad, que queda ratificada por la elevacion plasmatica de renina, angiotensina y vasopresina. El balance hidroelectrolitico se mantiene dentro de los niveles normales lo que nos esta indicando, que ambos sistemas se ponen en marcha para activar los mecanismos necesarios y mantener la homeostasis.  en animales de adrenalectomia total, existe una disminucion del indice yuxtaglomerular, asi como de la granulacion de las ceulas epitelioides; mientras que en los nucleos magnocelulares hipotalamicos la reactividad esta aumentada, asi como a nivel del tracto; los niveles plasmaticos de renina y angiotensina se mantienen con peque\u00f1as oscilaciones dentro de los limites normales, y la vasopresina esta muy elevada. A pesar de esta situacion hormonal el balance hidrico es negativo, y existe una hiponatremia con hipercaliemia, con una \u00abnatriuresis relativa\u00bb. Esta situacion de aumento de vasopresina, con aumento de la diuresis, es contradictoria, lo que nos hace pensar que la hiponatremia, junto con otros mecanismos de actuacion intrarrenal alteran la
