En primer lugar, se describe la litiacion regio y estereoselectiva de metilalilaminas en la posicion vinilica y alilica modificando unicamente las condiciones de reaccion y se estudia la reactividad de los dianiones formados frente a distintos electrofilos.  por otro lado, se ha llevado a cabo la litiacion regio y estereoselectiva de dialilaminas que conduce a la formacion de trianiones y se han propuesto modelos que explican la litiacion y la adicion que tienen lugar en este proceso. La reaccion de estos trianiones con diferentes electrofilos origina derivados de la pirrolizidina, (z)-aminoacidos, (e)-aminoesteres, butirolactamas n-sustituidas y derivados de azasilocinas y azagermocinas. Ademas, se ha conseguido tambien la preparacion y caracterizacion quimica de la dialilamina trilitiada a traves de la litiacion de dialilaminas heterosustituidas. Por otra parte, se describe la preparacion de intermedios trianionicos y tetraanionicos a traves de reacciones de metalacion-adicion de compuestos relacionados estructuralmente con la dialilamina y se estudia la reactividad de estos sistemas con diferentes electrofilos. Finalmente, se presenta la reaccion de dianiones derivados de alilaminas con hexacarbonilos de metales de transicion que conduce a la formacion de butirolactamas litiadas, mientras que con carbenos
