En el primer capitulo se describe la preparacion de un nuevo tipo de 8,8a-dihidro-2h-furo (2.3-b) (1,4)- diazepin-2-onas, 1,5-diazocin-2-onnas y piridinas altamente funcionalizadas, por reaccion de 1,2-dihidro-1,3,2-diazasilinas con acetilendicarboxilato de dialquilo y propiolato de metilo.  en el segundo capitulo se describe la sintesis de diazagerminas y diazagermocinas a partir de 4-amino-1-azabutadienos y acetilendicarboxilato de dimetilo. Se prepara por primera vez un sistema ciclico con estructura de diazagermocina y se estudia su reactividad.  finalmente, se recoge en el tercer capitulo la sintesis de 1,4-diazepin-2-onas y de diversos derivados de 2h-1,3-oxacinas, por reaccion de diazagerminas o 4-amino-1-azabutadienos con cetomalonato de dietilo y con glioxilatos de alquilo. Por otra parte, se estudia la reduccion de 2h-1,3-oxacinas que conduce de una manera diastereoselectiva a 1,3-aminoalcoholes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
