Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha desarrollado y optimizado un procedimiento elisa que diagnostica la fasciolosis bovina entre la 5 y 8 semana post-infestacion. Este ensayo, util para el examen de reba\u00f1os, encuestas epizootiologicas y para el control de los tratamientos fasciolicidas no presenta reacciones cruzadas con otros parasitos.  mediante dicho elisa se analizaron los sueros de una seroteca estratificada, estadisticamente representativa de la caba\u00f1a bovina asturiana, y se determino que la preValencia de la fasciolosis en asturias es del 60%, oscilando entre un 31% y un 90% segun la zona.  con objeto de producir antigenos puros de fasciola hepatica en sistema heterologos para su uso en el inmunodiagnostico, se analizo una genoteca de expresion con un suero de un ternero, recogido en la 5-6 semana despues la infestacion, identificandose un cdna (2fas1) con capacidad codificadora para un antigeno de 59 kda.  este cdna hibrido en un analisis \u00abnorthern\u00bb con un rnam de aproximadamente 3 kb.  la secuencia nucleotidica del cdna revelo la existencia de una pauta abierta de lectura de 1635 nucleotidos, que codificaba para 24 repetidos de 20 aminoacidos en el extremo amino, seguidos de una secuencia unica de 65 residuos. Este antigeno se expreso en escherichia coli como fusion con la b-galactosidasa, probandose su reactividad positiva en elisa y analisis \u00abwestern\u00bb frente a sueros de animales infestados experimentalmente. Mediante inmunofluorescencia se localizo al antigeno 2fas1 en las celulas cecales del intestino de f. Hepatica adulta.
