{"id":143620,"date":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/los-corpusculos-sensitivos-de-la-piel-glabra-humana-caracteristicas-inmunohistoquimicas\/"},"modified":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"los-corpusculos-sensitivos-de-la-piel-glabra-humana-caracteristicas-inmunohistoquimicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/los-corpusculos-sensitivos-de-la-piel-glabra-humana-caracteristicas-inmunohistoquimicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Los corpusculos sensitivos de la piel glabra humana: caracteristicas inmunohistoquimicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Uribelarrea Garcia Rita M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La localizacion de algunos antigenos epiteliales (citoqueratinas -ck-, desmoplaquinas -dp-, y antigeno epitelial de membrana -ema-), mesenquimales (vimentina -vim-) y de las celulas de schwann (proteina gliofibrilar acida -gfap-, proteina s-100 y el antigeno leu 7) asi como la distribucion de los receptores para el factor de crecimiento neural de baja afinidad (ngfr), receptores para el factor de crecimiento epidermico (egfr), calbindina d28 (cbd), proteina beta amiloide (beta a) y proteina precursora de la proteina beta amiloide beta app), fueron investigados por metodos inmunohistoquimicos en corpuculos sensitivos, humanos (meisaner y paccini) de piel glabra normal. Ambos tipos de corpusculos carecen de la inmunoreactividad por las citoqueratinas, desmoplaquinas y proteina gliofibrilar acida. La inmunoreactividad para la s-100 y para el antigeno leu 7 solo fue hallada dentro de las celulas del inner core de los corpusculos de paccini y en las laminaras de los corpuaculos de meissner. El ema marca de forma selectiva el nucleo externo y la capsula de los corpusculos de paccini. La inmunorreactividad para los otros antigenos estudiados incluyendo ngfr, egfr, cbd, beta ay beta app se localiza en las celulas laminares de los corpusculos de meissner y en todos los componentes estructurales de los corpusculos de paccini.  estos hallazgos con el supuesto origen de los tipos celulares de corpusculos. Este trabajo demuestra por primera vez la presencia de leu 7, cbd, egfr, beta a y beta app en corpusculos sensitivos humanos.
