Tras el escrutinio de este genoteca se ha aislado diversos transformantes que sobreproducen actividades celuloliticas. Tres de esos clones han sido caracterizados parcialmente, y se han analizado los productos de expresion correspondientes a cada uno de ellos que resultan ser tres enzimas con capacidad hidrolitica sobre celulosa denominadas cel1, cel2 y cel3. Uno de los insertos de dna ha sido secuenciado y se ha caracterizado molecularmente el gel cela1 y sus secuencias reguladoras. Se han realizado tambien experimentos de expresion del gen cela1 en e.  coli y en diversas especies de streptomyces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
