En diferentes situaciones clinicas mediante cultivos celulares para objetivar las cfu-gm y mediante acmo con lectura en citometria de flujo para determinar las celulas cd-34+.- Se comprueba el efecto deletereo de la qt. Convencional continuada en diferentes neoplasias hematologicas fundamentalmente en la e.H. Y m.M. &#8211; Mediante estudios secuenciales a la salida de la aplasia post-qt. Se detecta el periodo de maximo aumento de cph en s.P. Con fin de establecer el momento idoneo para su recoleccion y posterior utilizacion terapeutica.- Es objetivado el aumento de cfu-gm en s.P. Despues del tto. Con gm-csf y g-csf como tto. De neutropenia post-qt. Y agranulocitosis. -Son valorados diferentes metodos de movilizacion de cph de s.P.: Ciclofosfamida, qt + gm-csf y g-csf, tanto en estudios realizados en s.P. De los pacientes como en el producto de las aferesis. &#8211; Para profundizar en el estudio de la recuperacion hematopoyetica tras tamo, se estudian secuencialmente las cph de s.P. En la aplasia post-infusion.
