Auxiliadora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudian con el microscopio electronico de barrido (meb), las modificaciones del urotelio vesical de ratas adultas de ambos sexos (cepa sprague-dawley), tras la administracion de altas concentraciones de sacarina sodica, en el agua de bebida durante tres meses ininterrumpidamente, efectuandose un analisis morfologico y morfometrico de las alteraciones producidas en las celulas superficiales de la vejiga urinaria de estos animales. Tras la observacion al meb de las vejigas de los animales tratados con dieta hidrica cancerigena, apreciamos una gran protusion, localizada a nivel del cuerpo vesical, diferenciandose en ella tres zonas relativamente concentricas: a) una central, bien delimitada, de aspecto ulcerado y con gran cantidad de material secretor; b) una segunda zona, periferica a la anterior, formada por celulas apelotonadas de morfolog\u00eda y tama\u00f1o variables, y c) una tercera zona, la mas periferica a la ulceracion, con celulas de aspecto poligonal, con bordes celulares deprimidos.  tres patrones de celulas de aspecto neoplasico han sido identificadas: a) celulas en estadio i, con morfolog\u00eda similar a las normales, pero con area y diametro celular disminuidos, con microvellosidades cortas; b) celulas en estadio ii, con forma mas globulosa, separadas por amplias hendiduras, y c) celulas en estadio iii, con perdida total del aspecto poligonal, de bordes celulares prominentes y abundantes microvellosidades pleomorficas.  el estudio morfometrico (analizador de imagenes ibas-1) y el posterior procesado de los datos obtenidos (paquete estadistico spss-pc), revelo una drastica disminucion de los parametros analizados (area celular, perimetro y diametro maximo), respecto a los animales controles, que no estuvieron sometidos a tratamiento con sacarina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Microscopia electronica de barrido del urotelio vesical normal y patologico.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Microscopia electronica de barrido del urotelio vesical normal y patologico. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Velasco Marcos M.
