Este fenomeno se acompa\u00f1a de una menor secrecion de colesterol y fosfolipidos biliares al canaliculo biliar, con afectacion de diversas fases del transporte hepatobiliar.  este tipo de ejercicio induce una reduccion en la excrecion biliar de bromosulfoftaleina, tanto de su forma conjugada, ya que altera su biotransformacion al reducirse la concentracion de glutation en el higado, como de su forma libre, lo que unido a una inhibicion de la excrecion biliar de dibromosulfoftaleina, que no presentan conjugacion hepatica, corroboran la intervencion, en la genesis de todos estos fenomenos, de alteraciones en los niveles hepaticos y biliares de glutation y las modificaciones en la estructura y composicion de las membranas celulares relacionadas con los fenomenos de peroxidacion lipidica.
