como la garantia de la continuidad de las instituciones financieras en un entorno desregulatorio y de creciente competitividad el trabajo analiza el problema de la solvencia, partiendo de unas hipotesis que luego se verifican, al objeto de obtener una serie de conclusiones que permiten obtener un enfoque centrado sobre las caracteristicas, implicaciones y esfuerzos reguladores en torno al
