En la primera fase, se realizaron electroencefalogramas se\u00f1alados a siete pacientes, que se valoraron visualmente, calculando la asimetria interhemisferica mediante la puntuacion de levenstein, observando predominio de lentitud en el lado intervenido, pero sin encontrar tendencias claras.  en la segunda etapa se realizaron registros temporizados en otros siete pacientes, de 10 segundos cada hora durante 48-72 horas. Los registros se valoraron de igual modo que en la primera fase, confirmandose los resultados y comprobandose la buena tolerancia al sistema por parte del paciente.  en la tercera etapa se realizaron registros digitalizados de 10 segundos cada hora durante 48-72 horas, en 13 pacientes. Solo se pudo valorar la identidad de los registros analogicos con los digitales por una perdida de datos en el sistema de copia de seguridad. En la cuarta etapa, se monitorizaron 31 postoperatorios de cirugia electiva supratentorial, en los que, tras la depuracion de registros, se estudiaron 1230 trazados mediante analisis espectral, estudio monometrico y analisis de tendencia de las 47 variables extraidas.  tras el analisis discriminante lineal de las valoraciones de las tendencias, se pudo clasificar entre evoluciones normales y patologicas con significacion clinica, con un error de 0,0046, lo que indica un alto grado de precision de este sistema de monitorizacion automatica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
