Los circulos no estan muy expandidos en espa\u00f1a, ni posiblemente lo lleguen a estar, 2.- Estan implantados en empresas del sector industrial, economica y laboralmente estables, la cultura espa\u00f1ola no es participativa. 3.- No estan implantados adecuadamente. 4.- La direccion de la empresa suele ser la menos motivada. 5.- Para que sean exitosos se tiene que desarrollar no de forma aislada sino dentro de un programa global, siendo mas interesantes para nuestra cultura los grupos operativos no voluntarios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
