Por ello, a partir de la creacion de un marco global en el que se puedan formular estrategias adecuadas para las condiciones del entorno actual, se analizan una serie de instrumentos basicos desde el punto de vista del marketing.  los instrumentos analizados son cuatro: la segmentacion del mercado bancario, las aplicaciones de los avances tecnologicos tanto en relacion a los sistemas de distribucion como en cuanto a la innovacion de servicios, la necesidad de informacion en dichas entidades y la calidad de servicio ofrecida por la institucion.  en el trabajo presentado se resalta la necesidad de que estos instrumentos esten presentes en las entidades bancarias para que estas puedan formular estrategias efectivas a cualquier nivel, asi como la importante relacion que los tres instrumentos analizados en los primeros lugares tienen con la calidad de servicio de la entidad que se presenta como el arma estrategica de las mismas en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
