La seleccion de las caracteristicas climaticas se realiza mediante la aplicacion del analisis de correlacion por rangos de spearman en el conjunto inicial de datos, resultando la precipitacion, la humedad relativa y la exposicion solar como las variables mas significativas del conjunto. Con el analisis de grupos se realizan cinco agrupaciones en las que las caracteristicas estacionales del clima adquieren gran importancia, resultando las tres variables consideradas adecuadas para la determinacion de areas climaticas.
