El resto del trabajo se centro en la determinacion de diureticos. Se estudio un grupo de doce diureticos, pertenecientes a distintos grupos de accion, con distintas estructuras moleculares.  se demuestra la utilidad de la cromatografia liquida micelar en la determinacion de diureticos en preparados farmaceuticos y en orina. Se aportan datos de parametros relacionados con la retencion.
