Se analizo la frecuencia cardiaca (fc), la frecuencia de extrasistoles (ev), la duracion del acoplamiento de la ev (ac) y el intervalo entre dos latidos sinusales precedentes a la ev (lcb). Conclusiones: 1) el analisis de la distribucion de ev indica que el modelo de poisson es aceptable si el numero de ev diarios es inferior a 200. 2) existe correlacion lineal entre variaciones de la fc y frecuencia de ev en el 69% de casos; positiva en 52% y negativa en 17%: 3) se comprueba ritmo circadiano (rc) de fc en el 97% de los casos; el gci tenia mayor mesor, menor amplitud e igual acrofase que el gco. Se comprueba rc de ev en el 88% de casos; el gci tenia un 32% de casos con acrofase nocturna. 4) al analizar conjuntamente la relacion entre fc y ev y los rc de fc y ev se apreciaba en el gco que el retraso de las acrofases de ev con respecto a fc podia atribuirse al efecto antiarritmico de las fc elevadas; por el contrario el gci presentaba arritmogenia con fc altas (acrofase de fc y ev diurnas) y en el 32% arritmogenia de bajas fc (acrofase de ev nocturnas). 5) se comparo la autocorrelacion de ev, la correlacion lineal fc-ev y rc de fc y ev, encontrandose una gran relacion entre estas. 6) las variables que mejor diferencian ambos grupos han sido la acrofase de de ev (&lt;en el gci), la autocorrelacion de ev (&lt;en gci) y el menor de fc ( en gci): 7) la aparicion de repetitividad (dobletes y\/o taquicardias ventriculares) fue mas frecuente en los ev con fc previas mas altas, con mayores variaciones del ip (ip= 100xac\/lcb), y en los pacientes con mayor polimorfismo ( de 4
