Inmaculada <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La desalcoholizacion del vino por destilacion produce la perdida de parte de los componentes aromaticos. El objetivo de esta tesis es la recuperacion de estos para la obtencion de bebidas derivadas de vino de contenido alcoholico inferior a un grado aceptables sensorialmente.  el trabajo consta de varios apartados: 1. Analisis de los constituyentes volatiles del destilado tras la desalcoholizacion de un vino. 2. Ensayos de rectificacion en columna con una solucion modelo de dicho destilado a escala de laboratorio y semiindustrial. 3.
