Para ello, se ha puesto a punto un metodo de obtencion de acetohidrazidas n-acil sustituidas, cuya posterior reaccion con derivados de cinamonitrilos 2-sustituidos ha conducido a las correspondientes triazolo (1,5-a) piridinas y pirazolo (3,4-b) piridinas, que se obtienen del medio de reaccion en forma de sales de piperidinio.  la gran acidez del proton heterociclico es responsable del aislamiento de las correspondientes sales, debido a la deslocalizacion de la carga negativa en el sistema heterociclico. Esto se ha confirmado mediante la determinacion, por metodos electroquimicos, del valor de pka de las pirazolo (3,4-b) piridinas.  el estudio de los intermedios de reaccion, junto con el estudio estructural por difraccion de rayos-x de ambos sistemas heterociclicos, completan la presente memoria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>\u00abuna
