Se prueba ademas que esta caracterizacion es de hecho una condicion necesaria y suficiente para la existencia de realizacion periodica minimal (con espacio de estados de dimension variable) y para la existencia de realizacion discreta c-minimal (con espacio de estados de dimension constante). Ademas, se introduce el concepto de matriz bezoutiana periodica, y se obtiene que la dimension de la realizacion periodica minimal y c-minimal queda determinado por el rango de la matriz de hankel
