De e.G.B. Para ello se efectua un cuestionario, extrayendo mediante un analisis de componentes principales 9 factores.  una vez conocidos los factores se estudia su interrelacion con variables sociales economicas y culturales de los encuestados con el fin de conocer los grupos de la muestra menos satisfechos y poder, de esta manera, llevar a cabo programas de marketing apropiados para mejorar la
