Leonor <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha establecido un programa que permite mejorar la eficacia de los metodos de propagacion in vitro de d.  obscura. La regeneracion por via caulogenica se ve favorecida por medios que contienen 2% de sacarosa y 0.7% de agar. La reduccion de la concentracion de nh4no3 del medio de cultivo, no solo incrementa de forma significativa el numero de tallos regenerados sino que ademas disminuye el porcentaje de hiperhidratacion de los mismos. La induccion de embriones somaticos se vio favorecida por la utilizacion de 5,7nm de aia durante 60 dias de cultivo y posterior subcultivo a medio con 0.57nm de esta auxina. La adicion de spn 0.01mm almedio aumento el numero de embriones inducidos. El ga3 a la concentracion de 0.5mg.1-1 ejerce una influencia muy favorable sobre la produccion y la normal maduracion de los embriones.
