Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el efecto vasodilatador a la vasopresina (vp) y a la desmopresina (ddavp) en segmentos de arterias mesentericas y cerebrales humanas utilizando un sistema de registro isometrico. En arterias previamente contraidas y en presencia de un inhibidor de los receptores v1 (d(ch2)5tyr(me)avp), la vp produce relajacion concentracion-dependiente y endotelio-independiente, en ambos lechos vasculares. La respuesta no se modifica en presencia de un inhibidor de los receptores v2 (d(ch2)5tyr(et)valdesglyavp) lo que descarta su participacion en la respuesta. La administracion de ddavp en arterias previamente contraidas produce relajacion endotelio-independiente en el lecho mesenterico, mientras que la respuesta es endotelio-dependiente en arterias del lecho cerebral, debido probablemente a la liberacion de prostaglandinas y no a la liberacion de oxido nitrico. En ambos lechos vasculares, la respuesta no se modifica en presencia del inhibidor de los receptores v1 y disminuye en presencia del inhibidor v2.
