Esta parte constituye el nucleo de la investigacion la cual se completa con una vision mas breve del derecho castellano y de los problemas que estas nuevas leyes provocaron con la normativa foral derogada por el decreto de 29 de junio de 1707. Y todo ello analizado los diferentes tipos de sucesiones testamentaria, legal, contractual desde una triple prespectiva legislativa, doctrinal y practica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
