Se aporta un balance bibliografico relativo al concepto de refundicion, a la historia de las refundiciones teatrales espa\u00f1olas y a la figura de dionisio solis. Se examinan los juicios emitidos sobre el teatro lopesco en la preceptiva y en la critica de corte neoclasico comprendidas entre la poetica de luzon y la de Martinez de la rosa. Se analizan pormenorizadamente las piezas originales y las correspondientes refundidas, con un enfoque contrastivo. Se confrontan las refundiciones solisianas con la comedia sentimental y con el drama romantico. Se contextualiza la representacion de las refundiciones en cuestion que fueron llevadas a las tablas, intentando aproximarse a su puesta en escena.  se situa el teatro lopesco refundido por dionisio
