(estudio de 148 casos)."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Fernando Millan Parrilla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el proposito de predecir con mayor exactitud la evolucion del melanoma maligno, estudios recientes han mostrado alteraciones oncogenicas que podrian jugar un papel patogenico. En el trabajo presentado se ha detectado la expresion de la oncoproteina p185neu en lesiones pigmentarias benignas y malignas.  sobre una muestra de 148 biopsias de melanoma procedentes de pacientes con un seguimiento de 5 a\u00f1os (88 casos con supervivencia libre de enfermedad y 60 casos con metastasis), y 58 lesiones nevicas para el estudio comparativo, los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que la deteccion de la oncoproteina p185neu en el melanoma es practicable encontrandose una positividad para todas las lesiones.  se se\u00f1ala con probable valor indicador de malignidad de los parametros de expresion oncoproteica p185neu, la masa tumoral te\u00f1ida superior al 30% y el patron de tincion celular citoplasmatico.  como factores con valor pronostico se expresan el patron de tincion celular citomembranoso y la distribucion tumoral focal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Melanoma maligno: expresion oncoproteica p185cneu y factores pronosticos histologicos.
