Se trata de poner de manifiesto sus campos de aplicacion asi como las ventajas de cada una de ellas. Ademas de analizar los obstaculos que pueden perturbar su funcionamiento mediante el conocimiento de la situacion problematica de la rotacion de los empleados en la empresa hotelera en general y en la
