En el capitulo 2 establecemos los elementos del modelo de competencia, elaborados a partir de la literatura y los analisis de los datos empiricos obtenidos en dos estudios, que se describen en los capitulos 3 y 4. En el capitulo 3 damos cuenta de un estudio de casos en que se examinan la actuacion de sujetos instruidos, desde elementos del modelo de competencia. En el capitulo 4 damos cuenta del estudio de la actuacion de un grupo de alumnos, antes y despues de la instruccion, respecto a su estilo de resolucion y su concepcion de la naturaleza de la tarea a
