Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estudio de la produccion y eliminacion de radicales libres en glandula pineal de rata por medio de la medicion de la actividad superoxidodismutasa como enzima captadora de radicales superoxido y paralelamente estudio de la actividad monoamino oxidasa como fuente generadora de radicales libres. Los estudios en la glandula pineal (desconocidos hasta el momento, por lo menos en cuanto a la actividad superoxidodismutasa), se han comparado con determinaciones en hipotalamo y corteza frontal de las mismas ratas. Asi mismo se han seguido estas actividades enzimaticas a lo largo del desarrollo (desde el nacimiento hasta los 6 meses de vida) y se han comparado en dos puntos horarios ya que el metabolismo de la glandula pineal presenta variaciones a lo largo del ciclo de 24 horas.
