{"id":144373,"date":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-biocompatibilidad-de-ciertas-membranas-de-hemodialisis\/"},"modified":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1993-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-biocompatibilidad-de-ciertas-membranas-de-hemodialisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-de-biocompatibilidad-de-ciertas-membranas-de-hemodialisis\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de biocompatibilidad de ciertas membranas de hemodialisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Rosa Bustamante Bustamante <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la cinetica de los leucocitos, beta-2-microglobulina (b2m), elastasa leucocitaria (el), fraccion c3a del complemento, fibronectina (fn) 1 antitripsina y receptor soluble de interleukina 2 (il2r) a lo largo de la hemodialisis (hd), utilizando cuatro tipos de membrana: cuprofan, poliacrilonitrilo, eval y polisulfona 65 pacientes en hd que llevan mas de seis meses con cada tipo de membrana. Los grupos de pacientes fueron homogeneos en cuanto a la tecnica de dialisis, superficie corporal, peso y tipo de alimentacion. La determinacion de la b2m, el e il2r se realizo por metodos de enzimo inmunoensayo, el c3a por inmunodifusion radial y  1 antitripsina por nefelometria.  se produce un aumento significativo, p&lt;0,001 de la b2m, el, c3a, fn e il2r en los cuatro grupos en relacion con los controles. La  1 antitripsina y leucocitos estan descendidos significativamente p&lt;0,001 en los cuatro grupos con relacion al grupo control.  los pacientes hemodializados con membrana de cuprofan presentan un descenso de los leucocitos muy significativo a los 5 minutos de la dialisis.  dicho descenso se correlaciona con la b2m, c3a e il2r.  cuando se utiliza una membrana eval, no se modifica a lo largo de la hd, la b2m, c3a, fn e il2r. La el a partir de los 30 minutos hasta el final de la dialisis sufre una elevacion significativa.  cuando se utilizan membranas de poliacrilinitrilo y polisulfona, la correlacion p&lt;0,05 existente entre la el y la  1 antitripsina podria ser expresion del intento de compensacion del sistema de las antiproteasas frente a las reactantes de fase aguda.  el poliacrilonitrilo y polisulfona descienden la b2m significativamente, modificandose ligeramente el resto de los parametros.
