Los transitorios de fotocorriente y de fotoabsorcion estudiados revelan que existe una histeresis termica entre las dos transformaciones el2 &#8211; el2* y el2* &#8211; el2 que se hacen respectivamente a 80k y a 110k. Una gran parte del trabajo ha sido consagrado al estudio de los fenomenos de recuperacion optica con luz el borde de banda (1.4-1.5ev) una vez realizada la extincion optica.  hemos postulado la idea del activador de la mestaestabilidad (probablemente gaas), que actua como catalizador para el paso al estado metastable.
