La metodica utilizada se compara con exito frente a las prestaciones de softwares muy potentes y costosos actualmente desarrollado al respecto.  para comprobar la bondad del metodo desarrollado se ha estudiado primeramente la separacion y cuantificacion de un corticoesteroide (materia prima farmaceutica) en presencia de sus potenciales impurezas de sintesis consiguiendo en un tiempo de analisis minimo resolver el problema cumpliendo las especificaciones de la farmacopea.  los procedimientos de optimizacion implantados se han aplicado del mismo modo con gran eficacia a la separacion, identificacion y cuantificacion de mezclas complejas de esteroides anabolizantes.  como conclusion mas significativa del trabajo resalta la gran ventaja de emplear procedimientos sistematicos de
