En concreto, se han sintetizado y caracterizado compuestos cuga1 x inxse2 (x=0.25,0.5 y 0.75) y cuin3se5. Se ha desarrollado un nuevo metodo de determinacion de constantes opticas de laminas delgadas de tales compuestos. Se ha estudiado exhaustivamente el proceso de crecimiento de laminas delgadas mediante la tecnica de pulverizacion r.F., Poniendose de manifiesto el papel que juegan los binarios cu x se y (ga,in)2 se3 en tal proceso. Se han crecido, por primera vez, laminas delgadas de cuin3se5 mediante la tecnica mencionada, identificandose la presencia de inse en algunos estadios del proceso de formacion. Finalmente, se ha desarrollado una tecnolog\u00eda de fabricacion de dispositivos de heterounion, del tipo co siin\/cu s\/cuga1-xinx se2, y se han caracterizado combinando medidas i-v, c-f y c-v realizadas en oscuridad e iluminacion (las primeras), deduciendose de ellas, los mecanismos de conduccion de tales dispositivos, eficiencia fotovoltaica y parametros relacionados con la estructura de
