Rueda Salmer\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1,- el cultivo de scsp en presencia de il3 + il6, tpo + scf + fl y tpo + scf + fl + il3 + il6 produce una expansi\u00f3n significativa de c\u00e9lulas nucleadas totales, c\u00e9lulas cd34+ y cfcs. Esta expansi\u00f3n es significativamente superior con combinaci\u00f3n de las cinco citocinas testadas.  2,- en cultivos iniciados con fl como citocina \u00fanica s\u00f3lo un peque\u00f1o porcentaje de c\u00e9lulas cd34+ de sangre perif\u00e9rica experimenta divisi\u00f3n celular, mientras que tpo y scf de manera individual promueven la divisi\u00f3n celular de 68% y 65% de las scsp respectivamente.  3,- tpo, scf y fl act\u00faan de manera sin\u00e9rgica in vitro en la estimaci\u00f3n de la divisi\u00f3n celular de scsp que se produce en un 91% de las c\u00e9lulas cd34+. Este efecto sin\u00e9rgico se ve ligeramente incrementado con la adici\u00f3n de il3 + il6.  4,- la frecuencia de progenitores ltc-ic en c\u00e9lulas post-mit\u00f3ticas cd34+pkh26- de sp se incrementa un promedio de 12 veces en los cultivos con tpo + scf + fl y de 4 veces en aquellos establecidos en presencia de tpo + scf + fl + il3 + il6.  5,- las caracter\u00edsticas inmunofenot\u00edpicas de c\u00e9lulas cd34+ generadas de novo in vitro son similares tras cultivo con tpo + scf + fl y tpo + scf + fl + il3 + il6, mostrando una disminuci\u00f3n porcentual de los fenotipos m\u00e1s primitivos en relaci\u00f3n a las c\u00e9lulas antes de cultivo independientemente de las citocinas utilizadas.  6,- el porcentaje de c\u00e9lulas en fase g0\/g1 del ciclo celular disminuye significativamente tras el cultivo in vitro de cd34+ de sp, con respecto a la situaci\u00f3n basal. Esta disminuci\u00f3n es similar en cultivos con tpo + scf + fl y en aquellos en los que adem\u00e1s se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 il3 + il6.  7,- las c\u00e9lulas cd34+ generadas de novo en cultivos con tpo + scf + fl mantienen la capacidad de prendimiento en ratones nod\/scid a niveles similares a c\u00e9lulas no expandidas.
