Esto permitira obtener estimaciones on-line con una velocidad en compromiso con el grado de exactitud requerido, con lo que el dise\u00f1ador podra adaptar el metodo de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada caso.  el estudio se divide en tres fases fundamentales:  1a: resolver la ecuacion de estado de un sistema con retardos puntuales y distribuidos; 2a: obtener condiciones de estabilidad en el sistema aproximado y condiciones para que dicha estabilidad implique estabilidad en el sistema real; 3a: extender el metodo a los problemas derivados de la
