Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El interes en el analisis de drogas se encuentra plenamente justificado, sobre todo en el area de los psicofarmacos, por el hecho de que cada vez es mayor el numero de personas que necesitan este tipo de sustancias para sobrellevar las presiones, rutinas y preocupaciones de la vida cotidiana. En este sentido, el loprazolam, objeto de este trabajo, es un nuevo compuesto de la serie de las 1,4-benzodiazepinas.  este trabajo supone una contribucion a la resolucion de los problemas que se plantean en la puesta a punto de metodos electroanaliticos para determinar la concentracion de drogas 1,4-benzodiazepinicas, tanto en sus formulaciones farmaceuticas como en fluidos biologicos. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio exhaustivo de los procesos de reduccion y oxidacion en los que participa el loprazolam, estudiando la naturaleza y reversibilidad de los procesos electrodicos, proponiendo mecanismos para los mismos.  los metodos analiticos propuestos se han evaluado siguiendo criterios de control de calidad, siendo los mismos, exactos y precisos y plenamente aplicables en laboratorios que analicen este tipo de compuestos.  el estudio relativo al comportamiento del compuesto en disoluciones con valores de ph similares a los fisiologicos, aporta nuevos datos que pueden resultar utiles en los estudios farmacocineticos del loprazolam en particular y, por similitud, de otros compuestos 1,4-benzodiazepinicos de estructura analoga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio electroquimico y espectrofotometrico del loprazolam. aplicaciones analiticas<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio electroquimico y espectrofotometrico del loprazolam. aplicaciones analiticas <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Arenaza Amezaga M.
