Los polimeros combinados con peek han sido la poli (eter imida), la poli (eter sulfona), la polisulfona de bisfenol-a y el poliarilato de bisfenol-a. En primer lugar se ha llevado a cabo la caracterizacion del peek puro, estudiandose el efecto del reprocesado, de tratamientos termicos como el de recocido y de los disolventes sobre la estructura y propiedades mecanicas del polimero. En lo que al estudio de las mezclas basadas en peek se refiere, en todos los casos se analizo la miscibilidad y morfolog\u00eda de las mezclas asi como su comportamiento mecanico en traccion a dos
