Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis se estudia la contribucion de la participacion laboral a la eficacia empresarial. Las circunstancias actuales de entorno socioeconomico hacen que esta eficacia se vea facilitada por elementos de empresa abiertos y participativos.
